In late December, Assistant Majority Floor Leader of the Missouri House of Representatives Jeanie Riddle announced her plan to run for the redistricted 7th seat of the Missouri Senate. After 2012, that district will include all of Lincoln, Audrain, Callaway, Montgomery, Ralls and Pike counties. It also includes part of northern St. Charles County (UPDATE: The Missouri Supreme Court threw out the new senate redistricting maps due to constitutional legality).
