Former U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft will return to the lectern he shared with President Ronald Reagan at Westminster College 20 years ago to deliver a commemorative speech at the 20th anniversary celebration of the “Breakthrough” sculpture, eight sections of the actual Berlin Wall transformed by sculptress Edwina Sandys in memory of her grandfather, Sir Winston Churchill.
